Semi-submersible multistage pumps
The CDLK/CDLKF multistage submersible non-self-priming pump is equipped with a standard motor of energy-efficient class EI2. The pump part and the motor are located vertically and connected by means of a coupling. If necessary, the electric pump can be equipped with overload protection, which protects the electric pump from "dry running" phase absence, etc.

Applications

Features and advantages
CDLK, CDLKF vertical multistage segment type centrifugal electric pump unit. The engine is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling in the head of the electric pump unit. The suction branch is located in the pump's lower (submersible) part, and the discharge branch is in the upper part (in the discharge casing near the electric motor).
The pump consists of a pressure casing, diffuser, working wheels, stages, and mesh filter, which are fastened together with 4 clamps. Rotating parts consist of wheels, shaft bushing, locking ring cover, mechanical seal, working bushings, and nuts fixed on the pump shaft. Working wheels and diffusers are made using the new technology of stamping and welding stainless steel. bearings and mechanical seals are made of hard alloys.
Working conditions
This model is used for pumping clean, non-explosive liquids that do not contain aggressive components, for supplying water, cooling water solution and cutting fuilds.
Temperature range of pumped liquid:
• Standard version: -15 ~ 70°C
• High-temperature version: -15 ~ 120°C
• Ambient temperature: up to 40°C
