The CHL, CHLF series pumps have compact design with stainless steel stamped-welded impeller and diffuser. Pumps are supplied with single-phase or three-phase motors. Single-phase motor is available up to 2.2kW.

Pump units of the CHL, CHLF series consist of a flow part and an electric motor with a base. The impellers are made by stamping and welding from sheet stainless steel and are mounted on an extended electric motor shaft in a cantilever manner. The discharge branch is radial, the suction branch is axial. A mechanical seal is used to seal the flow part. The pump body has an opening for draining the working fluid, if necessary. There is also a separate opening in the body for filling the flow part at the moment of start-up to ensure lubrication of the working surfaces of the mechanical seal.
The pumps are designed for pumping clean, non-explosive, low-viscosity liquids that do not contain abrasive, solid, or fibrous inclusions (clean water, mineral water, edible vegetable oil, chemically moderately aggressive liquids, etc.). The liquid pumped by the pump should not be aggressive to stainless steel, which is determined by several factors, the main ones being chlorine content, pH, temperature, type of solvent, and content of petroleum products.
