Applications

•  Equipment for processing gas-liquid mixtures, for preparing ozonized, for biological treatment.

Features and advantages

The QY, QYL pump consist of two main parts (flow part and electric motor) and are mounted on a common frame base. The shafts are connected using an elastic coupling, which is protected by a protective casing for safety purposes. The bearings are installed in a single pump part housing, which ensures precise centering, the absence of radial vibration, and improves the rigidity of rotating parts. Ball bearings are used as supports.

QY, QYL pumps can suck in water and gas simultaneously, mix them and pump the resulting mixture into the system. The mixing process creates ultra-small air bubbles of 20-30 microns.

Working conditions

The pumps are designed for pumping clean, non-explosive, low-viscosity liquids that do not contain abrasive, solid, or fibrous inclusions (clean water, mineral water, edible vegetable oil, chemically moderately aggressive liquids, etc.). The liquid pumped by the pump should not be aggressive to stainless steel, which is determined by several factors, the main ones being chlorine content, pH, temperature, type of solvent, and content of petroleum products.
