
The WQ series is a cast iron pump which is immersed in waste liquid or waste water hole for draining waste and waste sump. This pump has a strong and innovative mechanical seal technology, structure, and protection.

The WQ pump consist of two parts: a submersible sealed electric motor and a pump part. These two parts are seeparated by an oil chamber with a system of two end seals. The oil chamber has an opening for monitoring the oil level and replenishing if necessary. Lubrication of the upper end seal is provided by a special design of the oil filter.

The pump body has a special air valve that allows air to be automatically released from under the end seal.
• The WQ pumps are suitable for pumping medium temperature shall be less than 40°C, a hydrogen index (pH) from 4 to 10.
• Medium density shall be less than 1200 kg/m³, and solid and liquid ratio shall be less than 2%.
• The lowest liquid level shall conform to the lowest liquid in the size dimension
• The pump is not suitable for strong corrosive fluids or strong corrosive solids.
• The solid diameter in the medium shall not exceed the maximum allowed solid diameter.

Submersible hermetic electric motor. Cooling is carried out by flowing the working medium around the housing. The minimum level of the pumped medium should not be lower than the middle of the motor housing. To ensure the hermeticity of the electric motor, the power cable is fed in using a sealed entry made by vulcanization.
