Non-clog self-priming sewage pumps
The CNP ZW Series adopts an external mixing structure and combines self-priming and non-clogging functions through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel. Compared with similar products, ZW series pumps have excellent self-priming performance and strong sewage discharge capacity, with a simple structure and beautiful appearance. The pump has a unique oil chamber structure to ensure the reliable operation of the mechanical seal. ZW pumps have leading technical performance parameters, wide application, and good development prospects.

Features and advantages
The SP series electric pump units are monoblock units consisting of a standard asynchronous electric motor and a pump part connected by a coupling. The inlet branch pipe is located horizontally along the pump axis, the discharge branch pipe is vertically upward. The shaft seal is of the end type. The pump rotor shaft and the electric motor rotor shaft are rigidly connected by a coupling.

• Back pull-out construction: convenient for maintenance and troubleshooting. Daily maintenance can be performed rapidly by common tools, saving time and labour

• Convenient usage: The pump can be mounted near cesspit, with only the suction pipe down in the liquid. (Pump must be primed for first start)

• Self-priming height: should not exceed the self-priming height specified for the pump, the total length of the suction pipe should not exceed 10 meters
• Flow capacity: The diameter of suspended particles cannot exceed 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber cannot be more than 5 times the pump diameter.
